Srividya is a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist and Audiologist graduated from MERF institute of Speech and Hearing, Chennai. She has gained training and expertise in providing services for Adult and paediatric speech and language disorders. She has a great interest to extend her services in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation centre. After under graduation, her interest turned towards diagnosis and intervention of adult speech, language, swallowing and cognitive disorders. Her experience of working in community set up, clinical set up and hospital gives her a full perspective of rehabilitative care. She is also pursuing Cognitive Behavioural Analysis which help her analyse and provide behaviour management where required. She truly believes that neurological rehabilitation is just not diagnosing and treating, it is to help and understand and the patients psychological state and counsel them appropriately and finally bring the person into mainstream.

She is trained in Oral placement therapy (OPT) level 2 from the TALK TOOLS. She has also done Basic life support certificate course from American heart association.
Apart from this Mr. Srividya shows great interest to continuous learning and is into research.
